How can I become a customer?
Complete the application form and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Are the prices shown my net cost price?
Yes, but excluding VAT.

Can you also make custom-made products?
We can make various articles under Private Label. For more information such as MOQs, prices and delivery times, contact us via sales@boland.eu

Do you have an overview product specifications available in excel?
Yes, you can find the product datafeed on our media server. The file is available as csv or xml document. You can also make a connection with the datafeed file through our FTP server. The information is updated daily so you always have the latest data.

Can I receive my invoices and order confirmations in excel?
Yes, you can request this via sales@boland.eu

Can I visit the presentation room?
Our presentation room can only be visited by appointment. Please contact us.

Can I order samples?
Yes, but they can only be ordered by email: sales@boland.eu

How can I pay?
With us you can only pay by bank transfer.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password via the 'My account' menu option.

Can I create wish lists for items I order regularly?
Yes, you can create and edit wishlists for your favorite items on the "my wish list" page. You can for example create wish lists for different seasons (Halloween, Holidays, etc.) or for different store locations when you order via one account. When you are ready to order the items in your wish list, you can easily add them in your shopping cart.

Stock

Is the available stock current?
In the product list page and the product detail screen, the stock display is current (real-time).

How can I see if the product I want to order is immediately available?
For each product this is indicated by means of a green or red dot.
Green: Available from stock
Orange: Currently out of stock. You can order this item, we will keep it in backorder for you.

How can I see how many pieces are currently in stock?
Behind a green dot it is indicated how many pieces are available.

An item is sold out. When will it be available again?
If an item is sold out, you will see under the orange dot when new stock is expected.

Ordering

Can I place an order with a csv file?
Yes, you can do this in the "quick order" module. On this page you can import a csv file with a max. of 300 SKU's. After the import, you can easily add all the items to your shopping cart with just one click on the button.

Can I see which items are already in my shopping cart?
You can always visit the shopping cart to see which items are already in there. If you are looking for a specific item, you can use the search bar in the shopping cart to see if the item in already there. Besides that, you can also see a notification on the product page telling you the item is already in the shopping cart.

Deliveries

When is my order carriage paid?
This varies per country, please contact sales@boland.eu for more information. 

When do I receive my order?
You cannot see online when you will receive your order exactly. This is also not stated on the order confirmation that you automatically receive. Information about delivery can be found on the final order confirmation that you receive after the order has been processed.

What is the average delivery time?
This varies per country, but we strive to send your order within 24 hours.

Can I collect my order from you?
No, collection is unfortunately not possible.

Images

Where can I download product images?
You can download our images on our FTP/media server. Besides images, you can also find product videos.
Your login details for the FTP/media server are the same as for the webshop.

Do you also have lifestyle images available?
We do not have this for all products. If we have this from a product you can also find it on our FTP/media server.

Can I use your images for my own advertising?
You may use our images for various expressions, but you may not use the photos with models for advertising on billboards, bus stops and television. This in connection with the contracts with our models.

Do you have a catalog?
Yes, you can find our catalogs in the webshop. After you logged in, you can also use the interactive versions of the catalog with direct links to the product pages, BOL prices and videos. Besides that, you can also download the catalog on our media server.
